Request Terms

Submitting a request tells BelowDock that you want a BelowDock Underwater Video Scan at the property you identify. No payment or deposit is collected when you submit a request.

A standard BelowDock Underwater Video Scan is $349 CAD. The price is payable after your scan is completed and your organized package is delivered. BelowDock will send payment instructions at that time.

BelowDock schedules scans by geographic service route across Muskoka. When you submit a request, your property is added to the route for your lake or area. BelowDock will contact you by email or phone to confirm the scheduled date and access details. Your scan is scheduled once that date is confirmed.

Some lakes or areas may not be serviced in a given season. If BelowDock cannot service your area, we will tell you and no charge applies.

You confirm that the property address, lake or area, and contact details you provide are accurate, and that you are the property owner or are authorized by the property owner to arrange a scan and permit safe site access.

BelowDock may update these Request Terms. Requests are governed by the terms in effect on the date the request was submitted.
