When you submit a scan request, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, property address, lake or area, and preferred timing. When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, optional lake or area, and your question. We also record basic, non-identifying campaign parameters such as UTM values when present.

Payments are processed by Stripe. BelowDock never receives or stores full card numbers. We retain payment identifiers, amounts, and status to administer your scan.

We use your information to plan pilot routes, propose and confirm appointments, deliver your scan package, process payment for a completed scan, answer your questions, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We use privacy-conscious, first-party measurement only. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site profiling. Conversion counts are stored in your own browser and cannot identify you.

We share information only with service providers required to operate the service, such as our payment processor and hosting and email providers, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data is stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security. Only authorized BelowDock administrators can access request and inquiry records, and administrative actions are logged.

Request and service records are kept for as long as needed to administer the service and to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Inquiries are retained until resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards.
